A Successful Sunday Brunch Fundraiser

This year it was decided to upgrade our annual Pancake Breakfast to a Sunday Brunch. Istead of our usual pancakes and sausage the breakfast also included: 2 different kinds of eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, and a fruit tray. We changed the sausage to a different brand and got good feedback. The prices on the tickets were increased. However, the meal had a bigger selection and the price of many breakfast items has recently jumped. Considering this it was still a deal for those who attended. The all you can eat scholarship fundraiser did raise money for next year's future college students.
